Swim:
The 500 meter swim will take place at the nationally recognized Mecklenburg Aquatics Center (MAC) on the Charlotte Latin campus in South Charlotte.  The Olympic size pool will feature a snake pattern swim course highlighting the maximum benefits of the 500 meter pool.

Bike:
The bike course exits Charlotte Latin campus and goes through nearby neighborhoods following the rolling hills of pristine golf courses and wide neighborhood streets.  Participants will enjoy this scenic route while the priority of safety is ensured with police and volunteers manning each intersection and turns are clearly marked with directional signs.

Run:
The 5K run starts on the picturesque campus of Charlotte Latin and then exits for a loop returning to finish on campus by the Mecklenburg Aquatics Center
